Can groups be formed outside the established hours?
Yes, we meet the demand of students with a minimum group of 4 and a maximum of 10.
Can I start halfway through the course?
Yes, as long as the student takes a level test to be able to assign them to the appropriate class.
Do I have to pay the entire month of vacation?
Yes, at Easter and Christmas you have to pay the full monthly payment since we always give you the option of recovering classes.
Can I have several discounts?
No, the offers are not cumulative, you can only benefit from one. Ask us about current offers.
How can I find out about the events / contests / raffles of the academy?
We publish on social networks all the information you need to know to be able to participate in all these activities. Follow us to stay informed:
Is the material included in the monthly fee?
No, the material is paid separately only once a year.
Do I have to pay tuition?
Consult directly with the academy, since there are school periods where you do not have to pay it.
What if I don't want to appear on the academy's social networks?
Absolutely nothing happens, you don't have to go out! When you register at the academy we have a document to sign where you can give us, or not, the right to use your photos. Here at the academy we respect the decisions of each individual.
If I only come for 15 days at the end of the month, do I have to pay in full?
Yes, the month is paid in full whether or not you come to class. We have options to make up the classes missed, please talk to the secretary to carry this out.
Do I have to participate in all the events?
Absolutely! If for any reason you do not want/cannot participate in an event, we respect your decision.
When do I have to pay my monthly payment?
The monthly payment must be paid in the first 10 days of the month. If for any reason this is a problem, please contact us.
Is the person responsible for minors notified in the event that they do not attend class or are not respectful in it?
Yes, every unjustified lack of attendance is notified to those responsible for the minors. And in the case of not being respectful, the director and the teacher would speak with the person in charge of the minor to solve the situation.
Does the first month have to be paid in full?
No, only the proportional part of the month would be paid, that is, from the day classes start.
Is the trial class totally free?
Yes, in the event that you leave the academy you will not be charged anything. And in the case that you stay, until the class of your appropriate level is tested, you will not be charged.
Are there intensive courses throughout the year? And conversation classes?
Yes, on Friday afternoons we have conversation classes and specific intensive courses to prepare for Cambridge and Oxford exams.
Can I unsubscribe at any time from the academy?
Yes, notifying the secretary at least 15 days before leaving.
Are the courses by FUNDAE processed by the academy?
Yeah. Documentation is requested from companies and is managed directly from the academy. For more information about these courses, please contact us.
Are grades or certificates delivered at the end of the course?
Yes, quarterly students receive student progress reports on reading, listening, speaking, and writing comprehension. And at the end of the course they are given a certificate of the level obtained in the academy.
Can closed groups be created?
Yes, they can be hired with a minimum of 5 students and also follow the program they bring.
If I miss my usual classes, can I make them up at another time?
Of course. You can recover them in an existing group of the same level.
